Pac-Man (パックマン Pakkuman?) is an arcade game developed by Namco and first released in Japan on May 22, 1980. It was licensed for distribution in the United States by Midway and released in October 1980. Immensely popular from its original release to the present day, Pac-Man is considered one of the classics of the medium, virtually synonymous with video games, and an icon of 1980s popular culture. Upon its release, the game—and, subsequently, Pac-Man derivatives—became a social phenomenon[10] that sold a large amount of merchandise and also inspired, among other things, an animated television series and a top-ten hit single.
This is the Atari 400/800/8-Bit version of Pac-Man, released by Datasoft and later Atari Software.

The classic! Works Great!
The original Pac-Man. Glad it is here to play. Also, the play / controls are super sharp and smooth just like you remember them. Only bummer is no sound

but the emulator works fast and perfectly in Firefox browser! F1 key - Start Game (and if hit mid-game, will re-start instantly a new game) F2 key - "Select" (On title screen toggles between 1 player mode and 2 player mode) F3 key - "Option" (On title screen toggles the different difficulty levels symbolized by different fruits) Directional number pad for movement: (make sure Number Lock is on) 4 - Left 8 - Up 6 - Right 2 - Down A classic! Even 30 years later. By the way, look at that odd cover-image for the original Atari game. Pac-Man with skinner legs and arms just looks 'weird'!
